A Prohibition-era dancehall sits just above the work site, where fast flows had seriously compromised the creek's banks.

A graduated series of encapsulated soil lifts were constructed and seeded with native grasses and wildflowers.

In February 2022, the creek banks and riparian corridor were revegetated with additional native plants.
